Production line transfer applicant character overflow bonus. Domestic substitution enters key node

Although many companies have already moved their production lines in mainland China, it is certain that these companies will not bring all the domestic employees overseas, and the talents left behind after the relocation of these large enterprises will become China's relevant manufacturing companies strive for quality resources.

It can be found that many R&D talents of large domestic semiconductor manufacturers are basically from large foreign companies. Chen Rongqiang said: “In the talent pool of the basic industry, due to the lack of attention in the past, many related talents are from large foreign companies. However, if there is a domestic talent to cultivate relevant talents, there is no such soil. This restriction, I think, will have a great impact on the domestic enterprises and even the national strategic direction. From this perspective, for the country, In the long run, China has to go out, the electronic technology industry is the commanding height of future market competition, and all aspects of people's lives are inseparable from electronic products. Therefore, I think that for the electronics industry, focus on core strengths and Independent research and development is very important."

In this regard, Xie Zhiquan said: "Some companies such as TI, ADI, Oracle, etc. have already withdrawn their R&D departments in China back to the United States. For these original factories, they do not want China to get these technologies, but only hope to obtain China. From the past, many small and medium-sized chip design companies in China are mostly R&D personnel from these large European and American original factories. These people may have been researching and developing in related companies for many years, and then three or five people came out to cooperate and develop. Chip products, and these products will compete with the original factory, and this opportunity will become less in the future. The trend of outflow of R&D institutions will become more prominent in the future, and even high-end chip design companies in Europe and America will be prohibited from recruiting Chinese. It is still unknown."

However, for related companies, this wave of supply chain transfer will be a good opportunity to harvest talents. In this regard, Ma Yingxi believes: "In view of the current form, many large enterprises in Europe and the United States will have high-end talents in electronics manufacturing, and now domestic small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have the opportunity to absorb these talents."

At the same time, Ma Yingxi added: "Now due to the Sino-US trade conflict and the shift of production lines, the original support for dealers has also increased. On the one hand, it reduces the sales and after-sales pressure brought by the shortage of personnel, and On the one hand, it solves some bad debt problems through dealers."

In the course of the current form, many large enterprises in Europe and the United States will have high- End talents in electronics manufacturing, and now domestic small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises have the opportunity to absorb these talents."

It can be seen that as some manufacturers shift the industry, the talents of many large-scale electronic semiconductor companies will be released, and these talents have basically no opportunity to be absorbed by small and medium-sized enterprises in the past. Nowadays, with the influx of talents, these enterprises also There will be hopes for access to these high-end talents, and thus a breakthrough in technology. And in the future, companies can also train more talents through these technicians to achieve a virtuous circle.

At the same time, with the continuation of the trade war, it has now reached the key node of domestic substitution. Wu Hao said: "After the trade war broke the road of technology supply, it forced local electronics manufacturers to increase research and development. In the past, imports were considered ready-made. At the same time, the price is not expensive, and it is more cost-effective than its own research and development. Nowadays, many domestic companies are beginning to invest in research and development. Taking low-end diodes as an example, now the United States and Japan have not done it, but we Research and development is still ongoing. There are more and more entrepreneurs from low-end to mid-end and high-end, and these entrepreneurs have accumulated rich wealth during this time."

Cheng Yimu also expressed a similar point of view. "The country has been promoting the localization of semiconductor integrated circuits. However, there are many practical problems in the application. For example, when a manufacturer wants to purchase a chip, the same chip can be used. Foreign famous brands will not purchase domestic chips, because they will feel that there is a problem with reliability. Foreign countries have higher reliability and quality assurance, and even if they are willing to purchase imported products, the domestic chips are under great pressure in the market promotion process. However, there is a crisis in the supply channels of foreign brands. Domestic brands are gradually turning from spare parts in the purchase list. Therefore, I feel that the trade war has disrupted the global supply chain, but it has forced the development of state-owned chip companies."

From this point of view, nowadays, as many manufacturers relocate their factories overseas, they have also caused the release of domestic talents, enabling many companies to obtain high-end talents and get better technology to make their products have a long-term breakthrough. Nowadays, it is also a key node for domestic substitution, which gives many domestic electronics manufacturers the opportunity to enter the supply chain of large enterprises.

It is inevitable that intensive manufacturing enterprises will shift from areas with high labor costs to areas with low labor costs, but the Sino-US trade war has accelerated this process. The acceleration of the market transfer process will also lead to some congenital shortcomings in these areas, such as low labor quality, unstable operating environment, and weak industrial systems, although there are low labor costs and convenient transportation channels (adjacent to China). These are not enough to cover the cost of the birth defects, which is glimpsed by the failure of many vendors to make profits in these regions. The talent spill caused by the supply chain transfer has contributed a big gift package to domestic manufacturers. The time-base of domestic substitution is an opportunity for many local manufacturers to take off.
