Carbon Film Resistor Features

Ceramic Core: Serves as an insulating, thermally stable base.

Carbon Film: A thin layer of pure carbon acts as the resistive material. The desired resistance value is achieved by precision cutting a helical groove (spiral) into the film, which increases the conductive path length.

Protective Coating: Multiple layers of epoxy resin coating are applied and baked individually. This coating provides robust protection against moisture, mechanical stress, and solvents.

Leads: Made of tinned, annealed copper wire for excellent solderability.
